Acciona and Swicorp plan 75MW in Tunisia
Spanish group Acciona and Saudi Arabian investor Swicorp have secured land rights for a 75MW wind farm in Chenini in Tunisia's Tataouine region.
The two companies have agreed to lead the land for a €149m 14-turbine project, where construction is due to begin in late 2025 and end in mid-2027. Tunisian state energy company STEG is set to buy the electricity from the project.
