Alpiq sells Bulgarian arm to Renalfa
Swiss company Alpiq has agreed to sell its Bulgarian activities to Austrian independent power producer Renalfa IPP.
Alpiq is selling the 72.5MW Vetrocom wind farm in Bulgaria; its operations and maintenance arm Alpiq Wind Services; and Alpiq Energia's Bulgarian trading business. Renalfa IPP is a joint venture between RGreen Invest and Renalfa Solarpro.
The deal is subject to regulatory approval, including from competition authorities.
