Capital Power places 140MW Vestas order

Capital Power has picked Vestas to supply 31 turbines for the 140MW Halkirk II onshore wind project in Alberta, Canada.

Turbine delivery is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2024 with commissioning due by the end of 2024. The deal also includes a 10-year servicing deal.
