Electriq Power signs $300m financing deal

Home and small business energy storage system provider Electriq Power has entered into a “multi-year agreement with a major US clean-energy company”, which will provide it with more than $300 million in financing over a 30-month period.

The companies will jointly provide services - including potentially grid services - for a period of 25 years.

The financing will support the implementation of Sustainable Community Networks (SCNs) throughout California, Electriq Power said in a statement.
