Envision wins 500MW Egyptian order

Middle Eastern developer AMEA Power has ordered 71 turbines from Chinese manufacturer Envision for the 500MW Amunet wind farm in Egypt.

The development is due to be commissioned in mid-2025; and it is being financed by a banking consortium that includes the International finance Corporation and the Japanese Bank for International Cooperation.
