Lichtblick buys 50% of Eventus Wind

German energy company Lichtblick strengthens its portfolio with the acquisition of a 50% stake in developer Eventus Wind, adding 250MW of operational and development projects.

German energy company Lichtblick has bought a 50% stake in German developer Eventus Wind for an undisclosed sum.

Lichtblick said the deal would bolster its portfolio of operational and development projects by 250MW, and means it now has wind and solar projects totalling 1.2GW. Eventus Wind was founded in 2016.
