Masdar to buy up-to-49% stake in 476MW Baltic Eagle

Abu Dhabi developer Masdar Clean Energy is reportedly buying an up-to-49% stake in Iberdrola's 476MW €1.4bn Baltic Eagle offshore wind project.

Iberdrola is started building the Baltic Eagle project in the Baltic Sea in April 2022 and is due to commission it by the end of 2024. Iberdrola is set to retain the majority ownership of the development.
