Nordex wins 363MW of European orders

German turbine maker Nordex has secured 363MW of turbine orders in southern Europe and the Balkans.

The company has won deals totalling 149MW for two wind projects in Spain, where installation is due to begin in the first half of 2024. It has also picked up a 95MW deal in Serbia where installation is due to begin in 2024; and additional orders totalling 119MW in France, Italy and Portugal.

The deals were concluded by the end of June and included in its second-quarter results.
