Oman awards support for $20bn trio

Omani state-backed hydrogen company Hydrom has awarded development contracts for a trio of green hydrogen projects worth $20bn.

The winners of the projects in three zones in Oman's Dhofar and Duqm regions are:

  • Block Z1-01: Amnah consortium (Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Blue Power Partners, and AI Khadra Partners)
  • Block Z1-03: BP Oman
  • Block Z1-04: Green Energy Oman (Oman Shell, OQ, EnerTech, Intercontinental Energy, and Golden Wellspring Wealth for Trading)
