Statkraft signs 10-year PPA at 70.5MW Finnish project

Statkraft has signed a 10-year power purchase agreement to supply Telenor's Finnish subsidiary DNA with electricity from the 70.5MW Palokangas onshore wind farm.

The project is owned by Exilion Tuuli and is due to be commissioned in late 2024. Statkraft said its role is to support Exilion Tuuli by providing financial certainty over the energy sales, while also supporting telecoms firm DNA with a reliable supply of renewable energy. The PPA covers 85GWh annually.
