Suzlon nets 257.7MW order quartet

Indian turbine manufacturer Suzlon has secured four orders totalling 257.7MW since the start of April, including a 99MW deal with Vibrant Energy.

The company said it has secured three deals for its 3MW turbine platform in the last three weeks: a 99MW order from Vibrant, a 69.3MW order from Juniper Green Energy, and a 39MW order from Thermax. Suzlon also won a 50.4MW deal from Sembcorp subsidiary Green Infra Wind for its 2.1MW machines in mid-April.
