Joshua Weinstein

As Vice President, Head of Offshore Development at Invenergy, Joshua oversees Invenergy’s growing offshore wind business and leads the only American consortium that won a lease in the 2022 New York Bight auction. The project, Leading Light Wind, is currently in early-stage development. Prior to Invenergy Joshua held the position of Head of Department, Power System Planning, for the North American business unit of DNV GL, and has a long history working in the offshore wind industry developing a robust pipeline of projects, commercializing a new-to-market offshore wind technology, and securing several multi-million-dollar private placement investments and public technology development grants.
